Unplanned situations may arise and you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.
To reschedule, please reach out to the contact information provided in your confirmation email.
Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment and no-show appointments will be charged the full price of the service.
For the comfort and safety of all our clients, The Container Collective has a strict no pets policy. We kindly ask that you do not bring animals into our space.
Service animals trained to assist individuals with disabilities are, of course, welcome in accordance with ADA guidelines.
